God is not looking for a mighty person, but for someone through whom He can be all powerful. 

Weakness brings us to prayer.
It keeps us attentive to hear God’s answer.
It helps us discover our need of God’s grace.
It brings us to the place of total dependency upon God.
It causes us to realize that our sufficiency can only be found in God alone.
It changes our attitude from sadness over what we lack, to gladness over what we have received.
It keeps us in the place of being strong, living strong, and finishing strong in the power that only God can provide.
