Some times we have to make decisions or we have to face some challenges that we don’t know how to act on, or what decision to make. Some times we pray, read the scriptures but there still no answer or we do not hear the answer? Maybe we are too full and there is not space for that answer. Why do we push our self to the limit? Why we do not stop when we have to and do something immediately. What’s in our hearts and in our minds will come out of our mouths. The choice is ours!
Maybe is that we are so used to look for the outside that we completely forgot the inside? When you plant a seed, first, starts working on the inside and then you see the tree. Should we take a very special care of the inside? Absolutely!
We have to recognize when we get the feeling? it will come in different forms but it will always attack the same places. We must resist the enemy. Recognize who is talking? Recuperate the vision, the faith. Believing is the first important step to switching our thinking from being negative to positive. What it is occupying our minds? Who is our God? If our soul mind, will and emotions is full of negative things (the wrong things) we’ll find those things coming our way. We must stop them.
David knew what to do, when he didn’t know that to do, “Always pray” talked to GOD, cry out to Him. Read the Psalms. We know where to go! Our father not only loves us, “but He really likes us and wants to be in a relationship with us and be our friend.” Encourage yourself in the LORD. Take a break, meditate, and spend more time with him aside from everything. We all need to be in the list of things to do, most of the time we forgot ourselves, we have a piece of paper full of things to do day after day. It is like when you do your wedding invitations, you count all the guests but you forgot to count yourself.
If we know that, why we still push our self to the limit. We all want to get good results. We always look for things that will help us, diets, hear colors, decorations, jobs, etc. But all of us have the most powerful “guidance” for our lives that will help us to do all we are looking for and we don’t acknowledge it like other things. The bible has the answer for every single thing. “Too much talk leads to sin. Be sensible and keep you mouth shut” (Proverbs 10:19) “Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding” (Proverbs 2:3) “My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad; my inmost being will rejoice when your lips speak what is right” (Proverbs 23:15-16) Does GOD give us the tolls, Yes! Do we need to stop and recognize where we are and take action? Yes! Should we change to get where we would like to be? Yes! When God blesses you, it doesn’t come with stress, fear, anxiety, and pressure. It is burden-free.
But you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. Psalm 3:3
